-Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job portals, social networks and head hunting.
-Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites
-Managing and developing a Candidate Database of various skill-sets. Develop and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates.
-Analyzing and understanding the technical recruitment process.
-Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
-Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.
Skills Required:
-Must be a graduate in any stream.
-Basic understanding about IT Technologies(Programming Languages, Databases, etc)
-Strong zeal to make the career in international staffing industry
-Willing to work in Night shift.
-Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.
-Need to submit original certificates.
