Position Overview:
This position is responsible for all facets of recruiting. Develop recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as, developing new, creative recruiting ideas; all within the company policies and guidelines.
Play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent by working with managers to help them identify job requirement and creating appropriate job requisition forms.

**Job Description:
• Looking for experienced Business Development Manager in US IT Recruitment and Staffing sector.
• Experience in end to end US IT Staffing recruitment / sales process.
• Good Knowledge about US IT recruitment, Identification and analysis of business targets.
• Have a proven track record in setting aggressive targets for self and to the team members and achieving them.
• Lead generation & prospecting to build new clients/consultants by using cold calling techniques, email, referrals, etc.
• Have exceptional verbal and written skills, phone and in­person interpersonal skills and presentation skills

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Ability to take the ownership, responsibility and accountability, Perform high integrity and professional work ethics.
• Ability to work effectively with team members.
• Identify new clients/consultants for providing staffing solutions.
• Should able to hiring, train the team, monthly targets from every team members and self.
• Understand clients requirement and source candidates with help of the recruitment team
• Ability to Convince, negative and handle the situation.
• Follow-up with all parties involved in submittal process, interview, placement and post placement
• Negotiating rates / contracts and revenue generation, forward the final negotiated paperwork to management for execution.
• Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients/consultants
• Strong ability to give attention to detail and to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Sourcing, screening and scheduling the short-listed profiles for interview and ensuring following up
• Ability to effectively manage individual performance, Supervising day to day recruitment pipelines, maintaining & updating reports

Education Requirements:
• Nice to have a MBA and/or Bachelors or Masters in Computers
