Your Profile
We are seeking current and future talent who are energetic and curious about innovation and technology in the Java/J2EE space. You will be responsible for design and development of our proprietary software products, implementing new features in our current applications. This position may require frequent travel to US/Europe for customer engagements. Experience in Cloud /SaaS multi-tenant applications and mobile development is a plus. You must possess
3-8 years of R&D experience of which 3-8 years is concentrated in Java/J2EE domain
Design, development, and deployment experience in Web/J2EE applications.
Experience in development of web technologies: Java/J2EE, Java web frameworks, Hibernate, Spring, Rest Services, XML, XSL, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, jQuery and AJAX
Database design and development - PL/SQL on Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2
Integration of any - IBM Websphere, BEA WebLogic, Apache/Tomcat, JBOSS and SAP WAS.
Working experience in multiple operating systems – Windows, UNIX (Linux, Solaris)
Working knowledge of Version Control tools (CVS/VSS, SVN, ClearCase)
Familiarity with Integrated Development Environments (Eclipse)
Has worked with bug tracking (such as Bugzilla, Per Force, or JIRA)
Understand debuggers and compilers (Maven)
Working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Willingness to learn, a can do attitude, and motivation to succeed and grow
Analytical problem solving, inter-personal, and coordination skills
Ability to deliver high quality and in time
Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields
We would also like you to possess
Cloud infrastructure knowledge
Mobile application development (Android, IOS)
