Finance and Planning Senior Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare or assess financial projections, models, and business plans
Analyse and understand strategic business planning needs and financial projection for MFI
Understand environment industry and company strengths and weaknesses
Create both monthly and ad hoc financial reports and monthly financial statements
Conduct financial analysis including risk analysis of key activities and financial statements
Analyze institution's policies and strategies, financial statements, key activities, organizational
structure, and internal control system
Suggest risk management and reduction strategies
Conduct research and prepare reports
Establish and maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate processes
Responsible for raising funding from financial institutions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the financial sector
Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the financial sector (banking and MFIs)
Good communication, presentation, analytical, and reporting skills
Strong analytical skills and good interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver good results both working independently and as part of a team.
Graduate degree in finance, banking, preferably MBA, CFA or comparable degree
Knowledge of the Indian Microfinance/banking market will be an asset
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and reporting skills
Ability to work in an national environment and flexibility to travel
Proficiency in English & Regional language
