  • Job Scope includes  :
Assume line management responsibility for a team of typically 8 - 10 Procurement Specialists, Sr Procurement Specialists and Analysts who provide Reporting & Analytic support for DSCI Operations and S&L Clients.
The Job Involves:
    • The activities of the team involve :
·         Providing Strategic, Analytic & Reporting (MIS) support to Global Service Centers and S&L across regions.
·         Proficient in providing SAP Reports, Spend Analysis, Supplier Profiling & Internal SLA MIS reporting.
·         To validate and provide insights on the Spend Opportunity Assessment and help/support with data for Negotiations & Strategic decisions.
·         Competent in Analysis & Judgment, Customer Relationship Management, MIS, BI tools & Microsoft Excel. Have basic Supply Chain knowledge.


    • Groom/mentor team members to enhance process quality and efficiency by involving and empowering them with business nuances.
o   Drive operationally driven activities, including evaluating the results and recommended next steps for further implementation.
    • Closely work with Internal and External stakeholders in order to calibrate/support & execute the Analytics & Reporting activities within Global Service Centre’s and NA S/L.
    • Adept at handling conflicts/escalation within the team and for S&L Clients
    • Seasoned peoples managers who is able to groom and mentor team members to align and achieve career aspiration within the current DSCI set up
·         Skill Sets/Experience:

A.      Excellent Verbal  & Written Communication Skills
B.      Preferably Post Graduate with overall at least 6 plus years of experience in Sourcing (Procurement) & MIS functions in ITES industry, with at least 2 years in People management/Leadership.
C.      Basics Know-how of Sourcing – Procurement & Supply Chain, SAP & BI systems.
D.      Expert in Analytics & Reporting processes.
E.       Experience in designing /defining CTQ’s (Critical to quality) and SLA’s for processes.
F.       Operational Excellence & Service Excellence Management.
G.     Process Enhancements, Training & Development.       
H.      Knowledge in Transition Management.
I.        Customer Relationship Management                              
J.        Quality Orientation.
K.      Seasoned People Manager.                                                         
L.       Human Resources Practices.
M.    Good  Multitasking , prioritization, time management skills
N.     Ability to work independently in complex, challenging, stressful environment
O.      Should be able to adapt and be a Change ambassador.
P.      Experience in handling multiple processes.              
Q.     Good Excel / Power Point / Word skills.
