Job descriptionWe are looking for real-world Magento Developers experience in developing and maintaining custom web, writing extensions, architecting new Magento Projects.

Technical Skills:
Experience in developing Web & Ecommerce and knowledge of software development standards and methodologies
Minimum 4 years of PHP web development experience.
Minimum 3 years real-world Magento skinning and module development & plugging Enhancement and development experience
Expertise in authoring and integrating customized extensions into Magento applications.
Strong knowledge of Magento configuration options.
Strong knowledge of Magento-specific data organization
Categories
Product attribute sets/attributes
Product import
Strong knowledge of Magento theme components (layout, block, template)
Familiarity with source control(Subversion/Git)
Extensive knowledge of (X)HTML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript libraries
Expertise in database concepts (MySQL)
Competent with MVC & PHP object-oriented programming
Comfort working with Linux in a web-oriented context and knowledge on Apache would be beneficial.
Experience using development frameworks such as Zend, CodeIgniter or CakePHPRequirementsProfessional Skills:
Indepth knowledge of PCI compliance and other e-commerce industry topics.
Disciplined self-starter, able to be highly productive working alone and in close collaboration with a team.
Communicating with project team and commitment to quality.
Providing estimates and progress updates to Project Managers and Tech leads.
Identifying risks, escalating to Project Managers and Technical Leads.
Mentor and collaborate with other developers.
Contributions to open-source or Magento community.
Knowledge of optimization, caching, and scaling techniques.
Multi-website, store view development.
Mobile site development
Design and develop web user interfaces which interface with back-end databases and other tools
Design, implement and support applications and tools used for content management, electronic commerce, web publishing etc.
Provide technical recommendations and documentation for process as well as evaluating new techno
Provide test plans and test suites for applications
Must be an effective communicator (written and oral).
Ability to work overtime during peak season as needed.
Willing to work in night shift to work US hours.
