· Strong experience in ASP.NET, C# applications · Should have proven Design skills in Web development/OOPS area
· Experience of transaction oriented systems
· Strong PL-SQL/T-SQL (DB Programming) skills
· Strong Database fundamentals and DB Design Skills
· Should have good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XML
· Should have experience in Application/DB Performance tuning
· Proven experience on Software Development Life Cycle Processes
· Experience of source control tools
· Strong logical and analytical skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated experience in translating Functional specs into Technical designs
· Should be able to delegate the task to team members and make them understand the requirement clearly
· Be a key mentor to improve functional and technical skills of team members who need the knowledge
· Take initiatives to add value to the organization/department/project with new innovations
· Strong Fundamentals in Leasing domain will be big advantage.
· Adhere to deadlines and achieve 90% billability
· Act up to client satisfaction as one of the most important objectives
· Should have good knowledge on QA processes
