Experience: Total 15 – 20 years of experience in sales. Only Pharma / Diagnostics company preferred.
Team Size: 40-50 people reporting with RBM & ABMs as direct reporting line.Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Director
Job Description:
Developing and Implementing Business Plan and Strategies for South (Karnataka / Kerala / Andhra Pradesh / Tamil Nadu).
Interactions with the Clients-new, existing & to meet business objectives and collection all across the region.
Identifying & Analyzing new Market Segments & new channels.
To lead, drive, develop & manage the SM / RBM / ABM of the region.
To effectively penetrate the market in line with the business expansion plan & formulating strategies for the region.
Development of Market through proper planning and implementation of sales promotion schemes.
Developing the sales force for higher responsibilities & motivating them for achievement of targets.
Preparing monthly targets and allocating the same to the territory.
